A St. Petersburg Times editorial points out that Pinellas wrongly limits early voting.
"I believe that our tradition method of a secret ballot by voting in public view, weather early at an early voting site or on election-day in your precinct among neighbors has served us well. Voting out of the public view is an open invitation to fraud." Jack Killingsworth.
On January 19, 2008, Jack hosted a joint meeting of the Sierra Club and life members of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He and Bob Franklin, IEEE Life Members presented the results of their research on small Photovoltaic Solar cells for home energy applications. There were 46 attendees. Jack plans to have a follow up meeting to present information on a cost effective application of PV cells for heating water.
Jack attended the Florida Democratic Party Convention on Saturday October 27 and Sunday October 28.
